Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our garments, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or standard returns.

Please Read Carefully

Because our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations, minor imperfections, or subtle markings may naturally occur and are not considered defects. These unique details are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and are not valid reasons for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges — Limited Exceptions

Exchanges may only be considered in certain cases:

If the issue was on our end

(Example: incorrect item received)

  • Please email caftanzahriya@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange accordingly

If you would like to request an exchange for another reason

(Example: incorrect size selected at checkout)

  • Requests must be submitted and approved within 24 hours of delivery
  • Approval is at our discretion
  • If approved:
    • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs
    • Replacement item must be available in stock

Important Notes

  • Minor handcrafted imperfections, faint markings, or natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange. That includes anything that cannot be seen to the eye initially when worn, in natural lighting, and does not affect the look or feel of the garment.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges outside of approved exceptions.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
